Since the five-speed transmission is not installed, I won’t be able to set the clutch pedal stop to the recommended travel. After bleeding the clutch, Tilton recommends that the clutch pedal stop be adjusted. To adjust, lift the vehicle and place manual transmission in first gear. Grab a buddy and have him try to rotate one of the rear wheels. Once the rear wheel spins free, allow the pedal to have an additional 1/4-inch of travel and set the clutch stop on the back of the pedal.
