1956 Ford F-100 Glass Replacement - Clear Sailing Photo Gallery
With the ends trimmed off and the channel slid in place in the door frame you can see how well it butts up to the division bar. This is because of the ¼-inch setback I used when bending the channel around the window. This is also what you end up with when you bend the channel around the glass itself for a perfect fit every time. By not having the mounting buttons and tab you can keep this fit by just gluing it in place with black 3M adhesive.
