Once the floorpan is generally fitted, lay it over the hole and mark all the body braces from behind, then drill spot-weld holes to match the braces. A uni-bit works great, while a series of uniform holes along an edge can be made with a Whitney hand punch. (We pulled this shot from another project because the holes showed up better in the picture than on our black truck pan). View Related Article
