I'll bet there are more classic trucks out there than not that have a less-than-pristine dashboard. Many an old truck has experienced the indignity of an overly zealous owner with a pair of tin snips and a fancy new stereo in hand. Luckily, aftermarket suppliers like LMC Truck have come to the rescue by manufacturing and selling a myriad of replacement parts, including dash repair panels.

Here we'll take a look at a typical early pickup (in this case a Tri-Five Chevrolet) that has suffered a dissected dash-and, what it takes to return said dash into its preassaulted condition. Accomplishing this task requires only a couple of things-the fortitude to cut a pretty large hole in your pickup's dash and a MIG or TIG welder.
