To mount the radiator to the tubes I bought some of the common pre-fabbed mounting tabs you see at metal supply houses or racing/off-road shops. I added doubler plates to the core support where the top of the tubes meet it that are just 1/8-inch cold rolled steel. Again, all this can be a bit tricky to say the least, but patience, design, and careful measuring will net good results. View Related Article
