Here, we can see CPP's solution to problem number two. While they can't keep the lower control arm from bottoming out, they can control the damage and its effects. The CPP lower is designed to bottom out on the curved cross tube on the inside of the spring pocket. There is no threat of catching the front edge and the curve of the tube helps roll on and over any bit of asphalt. Also shown is CPP's graduated bumpstop.
