It seems they lowered it too much and tried to raise the rear up again by flipping the rear shackles down to the 6 o'clock position when they are supposed to be at 12 o'clock! Not only did that move the rear spring eye 6 inches back down, it also prohibited the shackle from swinging like it should since it was caged in the cast shackle mount on the side of the frame. The rear spring shackles come out easier than the front with a single through bolt. View Related Article
