Getting the heater box off the firewall is easier said than done. It is a close fit between the blower motor, inner fender, and hood hinge. Removing the assembly requires loosening either the hood hinge or inner fender to give access to the bolts. Once out, trim this vertical piece from the firewall. View Related Article
