Here are the new rear wheelwells from NPD along with two 1 1/4-inch strips of 18-gauge cold-rolled sheetmetal. When I bought the sheetmetal, I also purchased a 4x5-foot piece because I always like to have some on hand, and for a few bucks more I had the metal supply yard shear the strips since I didn't have a better way to make perfectly straight cuts.
