After measuring everything more than a few times to make sure it was centered, the side pieces that connect the center of the grille to the headlight buckets could be fabbed and welded to each respective piece. One of the most popular and clean ways to fill the area behind almost any grille, whether it's stock or custom, is to use perforated or steel mesh. Perforated steel comes in many different patterns and can really add a nice sense of detail to just about anything. Notice the valance area below the center of the grille has been flattened more, and I tossed in the bead roller for good measure. View Related Article
