Serpentine Belt

The old carbureted engine had V-belts on its accessories, and the new EFI motor has a serpentine system. Borgeson-Mullins, sold through RB's Obsolete, offers an adapter split pulley that mounts on the existing A/C compressor's original V-belt hub and allows the use of a serpentine belt with little fuss--pretty slick! The alternator pulley was also changed to a serpentine unit so the serpentine belt could be installed. View Related Article
