Show 'N Shine:
* Indoor car show featuring hundreds of customized cars, including several celebrity-owned vehicles
* Legendary designer Chip Foose as grand marshal, bringing with him several of his personal vehicles
* 20 super cars from Giovanna Wheels
* Awards, raffles, drawings, music
Pinewood Drag Races:
* Derby-style race with hundreds of handmade pinewood cars, including many made by kids from the charities that money will be donated to
* Six-lane aluminum track complete with laser timers and laptop reading
* Trophy presentation for winning vehicles
Other Activities:
* Exhibitors with products for sale
* Celebrity-signed pinewood cars for sale; includes autographs from popular NASCAR, NHRA and Indy Car drivers, as well as other celebrities
Ticket information:
* Free for 12 years and under; $5 for all others
* Tickets available at the door
* Proceeds benefit children's charities
About the Charities:
* Childhelp is an organization that aids victims of child abuse. Childhelp originally began receiving support from wheel manufacturers in 1994 and now garners significant contributions from a wide range of industry businesses under the auspices of Friends of Childhelp.
* Victory Junction Gang Camp was founded in 2004 by Kyle and Pattie Petty in honor of their son Adam and has received support from the Light-Truck Accessory Alliance and others in the industry. The organization uses camping experiences in its racing-themed facilities to enrich the lives of children who suffer from chronic medical conditions or illnesses.
