Wooden You Know-No!
Sometimes, the smallest things can ruin a good thing. Take, for instance, the recent two-part series on the bed wood finishing we did with Bruce Horkey. All that hard work and fantastic results seemed so minor when we realized a tiny mistake: The phone number listed for Horkey's Wood and Parts should have been 507-831-5625. While Bruce does run an ad in each issue, we can't imagine how many people tried calling the number we provided (we're scared to call it ourselves!). Hopefully, this retraction will help straighten things out a little bit, despite the damage already being done-twice! Sorry, guys.

Yearone And Chip Foose Raise Over $90K For Children
YearOne and Chip Foose teamed up in June and raised over $90,000 to aid in the fight against Progeria, a devastating childhood disease. Progeria rapidly ages children, giving them the body of senior citizens before they reach their teens. Progeria is a genetic disorder that is 100 percent fatal, with children typically dying of stroke or heart failure before 15 years of age. The cause is dear to Chip, as he lost his sister to the disease several years ago.
