1956 Dodge C3
Horseheads, New York
CT reader Jim Pollen took the time to send us some recent pictures of his way-cool 1956 Dodge C3 pickup. Jim says he's been busy upgrading the truck and having a great time driving it to the local cruse-ins and car shows – and he even took two best of shows last season (congrats Jim).
The major upgrades to the Dodge have been a front disc brake conversion using a kit from AAJ Brakes, a fresh new American Autowire harness, and a new interior including seats from a late-model Jeep Cherokee (the low back gives the interior the old school look he was going for). Jim also added a custom front bumper from Briz Bumpers, and he's detailed the engine including fabricating a custom stainless steel chrome firewall and he fabricated a roll pan below the tailgate. Jim also mentioned that the nice paintwork was done by Brad Knowlden at Pro Touch. This is one fine Dodge Jim, thanks for sharing!
