Brian Miller of Loudonville, Ohio, is the rightfully proud owner of this beautiful '52 F-1. The truck had originally been purchased brand new by Brian's uncle, John, who used it as a farm truck up until he died. After that the truck sat forgotten for around 10 years before Brian approached his aunt asking if he could have it, and she happily complied. So, Brian got his hands on the F-1 in 2002-flat tires, seized up engine, and all. It then sat in his garage for an additional two years before Brian began working on it in earnest (the complete rodstoration took approximately three years). The freshly finished pickup now sports a muscular 302-cube small-block Ford backed by an AOD. The refurbished frame is now equipped with 9-inch Ford rearend, Heidts' IFS, and front disc brakes. The body was massaged back into pristine shape as well as treated to a fresh Cobalt Blue paintjob. The F-1's cockpit got a makeover too-including fresh upholstery, air conditioning, tilt steering column, and dash full of brand-new gauges.
