Native Texan Lloyd Triplett drove his '46 Chevy truck to the show to do battle with the sun over whose flames are hotter. It's hard to tell exactly where, but Lloyd's truck has had a total of 5 inches of vertical height cut between the 3-inch chop: 2 inches out of the hood sides and grille to smooth out the post-war Bow Tie's lines.
